Inbound Process – Telephone Answering Service
Summary: TAS specifically provides services to small and middle-sized corporations in the US who are looking at outsourcing their telephony / reception / front office services to a call center. The Agents at the center provide telephony pickup/answer and message storage and forwarding services customized to the requirement of each client.
Technology: Would require that your center would be connected to a 1800 No. provided by the client. The 1800 No. would terminate or route to your center where through the use of relevant technology, the agent would pick up the call with a welcome address consistent with the client requirement. An IVR, CTI along with other relevant components is required.
Message Storage Technology along with Forwarding should be available.
The center is also expected to have good Internet connectivity with excellent inbound telephony.
Quality: Agent Quality should be good and the same will be monitored thru call barge-in or as required by the service provider who is outsourcing this project.
Scalability: The process should be scalable and the call center needs to have the provision to expand to 50 seats in approx. 6 months. The process will begin with 15 seats and the service provider expects the call center to sign an SLA (SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT) of 99% QOS (Quality of Service).
Traffic: The traffic will originate from US and Canada only. Peak Traffic Times may require expansion of another 3 seats during beginning of operation.
Payout: USD$ 15 Per Hour/ Per Seat, 1 Shift to begin with and then will cover all time zones including Canada. |
