Promotion and selling of one of the leading Brand in the World. Process will cover whole US and Canada. Calling list will be provided.
Payout will be approx $7 per hr/per agent/7 hrs of calling shift with a Benchmark performance of 1 SPD.
Payout will go upwards like this :
1 SPD : $7 per hr
1.5 SPD : $7.5 per hr
2 SPD : $8 per hr
2.5 spd : $8.5 per hr
3 spd : $ 9 per hr
And so on. That's means. Put $7 per hr with 1 SPD as bench mark.. it will go upward. Payout will be added with $0.50 per hr with each 0.5 SPD increase.
